Garbs for Good proudly stands behind the quality brand names we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly accept it for exchange or credit you for the original purchase price minus the shipping cost (if applicable), provided we receive it within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please let us know the reason for your exchange so we can serve you better in the future.

*Items must be returned unworn, unwashed with original tags attached. Visibly worn/washed items, merchandise without original tags attached or items returned past the 14-day return policy will not be refunded/credited and will be returned to sender.

Shipping charges the published shipping rates as furnished by the U.S. Postal Service and UPS, unless otherwise noted, i.e. free or discounted shipping offers. Orders will be shipped within  48 hours of receipt*, unless otherwise specified (backorders, special orders will ship upon earliest availability). Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping and handling charges. If your item is not available, or is on back order, you will be contacted by our customer service department.

We offer delivery service from USPS and UPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery on all in-stock items and 6-8 weeks for special orders, personalized, and made-to-order merchandise. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to international addresses. USPS and UPS deliver packages Monday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. to residential addresses. Fragile merchandise may require an additional packing charge as noted.

*Please note all shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error occurred on our part. Garbs for Good will not be held responsible for shipments delayed by Force Majeure such as strikes or other labor disruptions on the part of the shipping provider; blizzard/ice or snow conditions, floods or other natural causes.

We regret we cannot ship to international addresses and we do not accept international credit cards. We do not ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, and Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Nassau Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Garbs for Good is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after successful delivery to the address provided. Please confirm your address before submitting your order.

Error in Shipping

In the event that we processed your order incorrectly or shipped a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and refund the purchase price, sales tax and original shipping. Please contact us within 48-hours of items received at 1-410-449-2295.

Damaged Deliveries

Every order is carefully inspected and packed before shipment. If you receive damaged merchandise, please save the original packing materials and kindly call customer service at 1-410-449-2295 or email us at for replacement of the damaged item.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Please keep in mind that orders usually enter the fulfillment process within 24 hours. You may change or cancel your order by calling 1-410-449-2295 or email and reference your order #. If your order has not already processed we will be happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Refunds generally take 1-3 business days.

Payment accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, AND PAYPAL. At this time we cannot accept cash, checks, or COD’s for online orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to all orders in accordance with the provisions of the state and local taxing authorities.
